Refund Policy

At CatalyseR Eduventures (India) Pvt. Ltd., all fees paid towards admission, courses, or any program are strictly non-refundable. Once a student is enrolled and fees are submitted, no refund will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or withdrawal from the program.
  • Failure to attend classes or discontinuation of studies.
  • Relocation, health issues, or any personal reasons.
  • Non-selection or poor performance in any examination.

We strongly advise all students and parents to carefully review the course details, fee structure, and terms before making payment.

Cancellation Policy

CatalyseR does not offer cancellation of enrollment once the admission process is complete and fees have been paid. However, in exceptional cases (at the sole discretion of CatalyseR management), a student's enrollment may be transferred to another batch or program without any additional charge, subject to seat availability.

  • Requests for batch transfer must be submitted in writing to the institute office.
  • No cash or fee equivalent will be provided in lieu of a transfer or cancellation.
