- Effective discharge of the Head’s responsibilities and accountability necessitates that he/she retains the confidence of the campus through leadership that is exercised in a fair, open and responsive manner.
- Ensuring the provision of academic leadership and strategic vision, and for the quality of the student experience.
- Reviewing the performance of the campus in term of its objectives as stated in its strategic plan and in its staffing and resource plan.
- Creating a supportive working environment for all staff in the campus l and fostering their career development.
Education: Must have master‘s degree. An equivalent of the same in working experience is also acceptable for the position.
Experience: A candidate for this position will have at least 10-12 years in working experience in a same Designation, preferably working as Senior Manager in a large business setting.
